• I am always looking for that something extra to offer the Creston Valley and I think I have found it.  I have begun to offer Home Inventory Packages where all your possessions are photographed and stored electronically. 

    This great service can help you establish:  1.  A record of the contents of your home and their value.  2.  A record of serial numbers of your electronic goods and appliances.  3.  An indication of whether or not your insurance coverage is adequate. 

    Listing all your possessions in the evento of a fire or burglary can be difficult.  Thus, it is very important to take inventory of your personal property before you hve a loss.

     Level One: Starts at $149 (estimate given, additional travel costs may apply)
    ·         Photographs of each room plus everything of significant value in the house
    ·         Photographs are stamped with the company logo and the date that the photo was taken. This is to ensure the legitimacy of each photograph.
    ·         Disk with all pictures (2 copies)
    ·         Free home inventory guide to be filled out by the customer
    ·         Letter of Authenticity - signed by home owner(s) and photographer
    ·         Disk, free inventory guide, and letter of authenticity are placed in a folder storage
     
    Level Two: Starts at $219
    ·         Everything in Level One
    ·         Printed list of up to 20 possessions itemized (purchase price, serial number, brand, model, purchase date, receipts scanned) - information provided by customer
     
    Level Three: Starts at $289
